Drusen of clear spots of various shades of brown and yellow on a quartz substrate. The crystals are nicely intergrown with each other and are dotted with crystals of a younger generation. The crystals are distinctly zonal, alternating between yellowish, brown and dark brown colors. This is a collector's item. Zagneda is a variety of crystal and belongs to the group of silicon oxides. Originally from northern Mongolia.
